  I have contacted this seller twice with no response. My item was supposed to be shipped 3 days after purchase. When I hadn’t gotten a notification that it had been shipped I reached out. No response. The next day it was shipped of course with no tracking information. Today it has been 7 days since and I still have not received the item. I wrote again today. No response. I’m giving it another day to receive but if I don’t get it I’ll be asking for a refund.
