    Seller stated in listing “brand new “ Item arrived with missing pieces! Item cost $20.00 dollars, plus $8.50 shipping. Seller wanted me to send back and pay the return shipping, which would mean I had to pay a total of $17.00 dollars in shipping for a $20.00 item that was worthless. Seller needs to examine items b4 listing, and take responsibility for her actions!!!

    Sorry you are frustrated with this. Product photos showed exactly was was in the box. I offered a return per my return policy that you did not want to use. I tried on part to correct the issue and you chose not to. Hope you have a great day.

    I order an item from this seller, it was shipped quickly from her end, it has not made it to me because the USPS has it sitting in St Louis since Feb 20, absolutely no fault of the seller. I have been in contact with her and she is trying to resolve the issue and has submitted a claim to USPS. She replied to me very quickly and it helping me get my item.

    I am so sorry for the delay. I looked into the shipment with USPS and they said its delayed due to weather. I will definitely be keeping a close eye on this shipment and keep you up to date on ETA.
