The seller delivered a faulty Thermostatic Water Bath. They had multiple similar requests that delayed resolution for ~1 month before I asked eBay to step in while I still could. Correspondence/issue involved
- several requests to repair the faulty item
- several requests that I pay 50-60% of the faulty item cost
- not processing refund when item was returned
- a promise that all costs will be reimbursed, including the return postage, in line with eBay policy.
I will not buy from this seller.

They messaged to say package was in some way 'lost', didn't want to refund straight away in case it turned up, took a week to find they didn't have a replacement to send, and eventually refunded 2 weeks later. So sort of did the right thing, but it meant that I am starting again with making a purchase having lost 2 weeks. It is not clear what is going on. Am I dealing with a seller (They have a huge stock-list) or do they then farm out the sale to someone else, who let them down?
