I contacted this seller 3 times for a status of my order since the tracking only showed "waiting to ship" and the estimated delivery window passed. I got no response from the seller. I was forced to cancel my order and find the product from a different seller. Meanwhile, I have a customer waiting for their laptop to be repaired.
