They were super sweet and included a little gift on top too. The product was safely packaged and authentic in the new condition it was promised to be in.   Very happy with my purchase! Although having to buy at resale price as impossible to find closer to home, I thought the pricing of this was very reasonable and having free tracked shipping was a huge bonus. I purchased two items together and they were shipped quite fast and were received much earlier than expected. Items were exactly as described and arrived in perfect condition as had plenty of protective packaging. Highly recommend this seller and I would definitely purchase from them again

  Thank you so much for this super cute bag! Unfortunately, it did not come as advertised with the accurate packaging pictured. The seller also did not mention it and send it as is…if I had known, I would’ve asked for the actual one I paid for. Luckily, I expressed my concerns to the seller and was offered some refund. I was frustrated since it was a gift to a friend…wish the seller was honest about the listing. I had to trust the seller for it to be BRAND NEW since the bag was changed. Thanks!

  Muy a gusto con la compra, la cafetera es lo que esperaba, nueva y funcional. El vendedor desde que realice la compra me dejó un mensaje para indicarme el tiempo que tardaría el envío. Sin duda lo recomendaría. Si eres de México debes de estar consiente de que la paqueteria te cobrará impuestos aduanales adicionales, en mi caso fueron casi $500 pesos mexicanos, lo que no fue una sorpresa para mi porque ya sabia que envíos así implican este gasto adicional. Recomiendo 100% al vendedor.

  Excellent and frequent communication from seller and item arrived sooner than expected. Item is new and in box as described. Unfortunately, the box was significantly damaged in transit, but the figure is not damaged. Shipping in a box versus soft envelope might have prevented damage, but I'm still happy with my purchase and would buy from this seller again. Thank you!
