  The item arrived quickly. However the advert specifically said that the product is a branded 'Longzon' product. The actual product provided was an imitation, not a brand item. After I complained, they sent me a return mail coupon and said they would do a refund. I've been patient but 5 weeks after returning the item and contacting them multiple times, I neither have my product, nor the money I paid. This is unacceptable, hence the poor rating.
