  Wrong size filters were sent and I was asked to send back the old ones first, the package was £6.70 in total making it virtually not worth my time or money to send them back to wait another 3 days just so I can have a smoke :/ Customer service was good though and I got quick responses to be completely fair. Delivery time was also great and I have no issues there, it seems it was a simple mistake but one that shouldn’t have happened.

  We weren't really expcting the right item to arrive at the price we paid. So much cheaper than that big american company which shares a name with a river in South America. Excellant product. Excellant delivery. Really good service. Now all I need to do is beat my wife playing Scrabble.!!!!!!!
