When you returned the cues back to us we switched the shafts over like we suggested you try because you had probably mixed them up and both lined up perfectly. We deal with cues every day and know things like this can happen. Even though there was no issues with the cues we still accepted the return to do our best to assist.

Unfortunately the tube inside the case has broken the first time I took it out. It appears to be very brittle
