    The little golden Frozen book pin arrived very Safely ! The pin arrived in a plastic sleeve. Then in a bubble wrap bag. And attached to the back two rubber pin backs. All three pins were wrapped separately so no touching occurred in shipping. Pin looks Perfect! No marks or scratches on it. Always Wonderful pins from these sellers. The Quality is always a 10+.     The seller was not honest with me about this item. I would not trust this Seller. The box the cards came in was very beat up and unsanitary. She did not state this or show in the photo on Ebay. If she would have showed it I would NOT have bought it. She wasted my time and my energy. I have contacted EBay management. What a headache. I have no transportation to return this item. Not fair to me. Shadyiny my opinion. Should have just offered a refund with no return for my incovenience.

    offered full refund when returned as buyer demanded full refund without returning deck. Check their feedback, they post negative feedbacks on everyone.
