    I do not like leaving negative reviews unless its absolutely necessary however this is needed, I ordered these hard case saddle bags, and I was sent the wrong colour, as well as purchasing correct mounting brackets, I tried to reason with the seller however they insisted on a $15 refund this is totally unacceptable and unprofessional, poor customer service and poor communication i will now be involving ebay into it which I didn't want, don't use this company just go elsewhere take my advise 😡

    We are very sorry for the inconvenience. Our description is very clear that the product does not include the installation bracket. Regarding the issue of the product color, we have contacted the warehouse and they accidentally mixed the goods. Since you repainted the product color by yourself, we cannot accept returns. However, as your satisfaction is very important to us, we contact you to partially refund and compensate you.
