    Above and beyond communication and customer service. Shortly after receiving the camera, the battery had some issues. Upon contacting the seller, they were incredibly responsive, offering multiple solutions, including paying for repairs/ replacement battery or a full refund. They were patient and kind as it took time to get a quote and replacement battery. Thankfully it was only the battery that was faulty and the seller covered the cost of a new battery. What a wonderful person :)
