    With the help and persistence of the seller my issue was resolved with FedEx. The product was very well wrapped, no damage, and in very good condition to be a used product.     Absolutely perfect! In fact, the item was in flawless condition - and this is a (roughly) 42 year old item! This is a big, heavy recorder, but the transport packaging was absolutely first class, with extra protection in the areas that needed it most-reel spigots, LED display and switches/meters etc! Being a 100V item from Japan, I'm still waiting on a suitable transformer, so I haven't been able to test yet, but if operation is a good as initial impressions, I will be ecstatic! Highly recommend
