  I ordered 3 packages of wg 3.0 nanocare wax guards. I received 1 package of the wg 3.0 guards and 2 packages of the mini wax guards. I reported the issue to the seller explained I had used 2 of the wg 3.o wax guards and requested 2/3 reimbursement for the incorrect wax guards. I sent the seller pictures of the two incorrect items per their request. the seller states their inventory shows they shipped the correct wax guards and refuse to take the product back or reimburse me

  asked ebay where my item was and asked for it to be replaced and message I received was New message from: care-supply-market (43,098TURQUOISE_SHOOTING_STAR Star) Opening a claim forces a refund. We would have been happy to help had you sent us a message. The package will now be recalled. The package was NEVER SENT to USPS used tracking number 9400111106150996185979 was to be here by the 7th of May, I requested update 14th May, WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN and NO ONE ELSE SHOULD BE TREATED

  Package was sent same day, but USPS showed no updates to tracking for several days. Customer opened an ebay claim instead of messaging us. We would have happily sent a new unit but opening a claim forces us to send a refund instead.
