    I purchased the aqua hair straightener, it got damaged in transit. They offered and sent a black one before I responded to their offer. I was told I could keep the complimentary black hair brush which I did and sent it back. I thank have asked about wait time for my aqua one to be sent as they managed to get a hold of one with no reply. I have sent 2 x messages since and so reply.

    Ordered and paid 3rd November. Seller uploaded tracking on 3rd November but no updates at all, item did not arrive until 24th November!!! Not impressed. All other orders from different sellers have arrived in a timely fashion. Item is as described and I'm happy with the item but based on my experience with their postage, I won't be buying from this seller again.
