    Had to pay customs/VAT twice, once when purchased on ebay and once again at customs as the One-stop shop (IOSS) no. from ebay was not placed on the package by the seller. (This is what ebay have told me is the reason for the double charge) After several emails back and forth ebay have partially refunded me the double customs charge. Item was well packed and as described, thank you.
