I am not an Independent Consultant I am just a fan of Scentsy and have consumed so many items due to the love of their items. I try to get new and up to date products and hard to find items!     I got my product (scentsy wax) $110 for discontinued bars and I was fine paying but they came damaged from the heat. Scented oil was everywhere and I sent a photo I took and she refused to make it right I think she didn’t believe me but when you send wax in a plastic mailer with one ice pack from Texas during the summer you need to overnight it or it will melt. It would have been fine in a insulated box or something but I am disappointed, she offered no resolution and wouldn’t accept a return

    The Buyer was threatening me. I asked for pictures of the bars. They refused! They opened a case saying it was damaged, they left them in the mailbox. I shipped priority mail, double packed them, and ice packed them. Sellers beware of this buyer opening fraudulent claims.
