You received the product correctly and on time and it is an issue? You wrote ONE time and received a response in witch no other communication was made. None was needed. Your concern is we didn't overreact to an issue that never happened? Well, that is because we were busy delivering on time so there would not be any issues on our end. If there were we would know where it occurred and even assist with issues that do occur outside of our control. We did our job when you don't need us to do others.
