The chains were just what I was looking for and a lot cheaper than the local supplier. First parcel arrived with a hole in it and no chains, obviously a problem with the Royal Mail and not the seller. When I contacted the seller replacements were sent straight away with no fuss and an apology for the inconvenience. Would definitely recommend.

Great personal service from lady at phone reception, she discussed with dispatch my yellow chock delivery and promised delivery within the original timescale (2 to 3 days), in fact it had already been despatched. Product and zipped bag enveloped all three parts of the product. The ‘mail bag’ delivery packaging I’m reusing as an oversize hitch cover, just be careful with the scissors when removing the half a mile of high-viz- fragile wrapping tape then you’ve got a free sack bag! 48hRoyal Mail
