This was a second order for this ribbon material. The first order was delivered perfectly, but through no fault of the seller, the USPS delivered it to some other box and never rectified their mistake. I am giving the seller 100% positive feedback because they did EVERYTHING RIGHT! It was entirely the fault of the USPS letter carrier that I didn’t receive the item. Thankfully, it was not a costly loss. Sometimes ‘stuff happens’.
