Refund was made in timely manner and I am completely satisfied. This resolution was initiated by the seller after my original dissatisfaction. I am very satisfied and would conduct another transaction with the seller if and when any item fits my interests in the future.

    I bought this bag thinking it was a Sequoia bag like I had bought in the past. When it arrived I realized it was much smaller than I expected. Upon contacting the seller she explained there were two sizes for the Sequoia bag. She agreed to accept a return of the purse which is what I requested. She was very pleasant and apologized for the size confusion. I will try to do business with her in the future. I recommend this seller because she will make things right!
