  I purchased the 7000lbs trailer jack from this seller and unfortunately it was defective. however after contacting the seller they furnished me with a prepaid label for posting and once received they then sent a replacement 7000lbs trailer jack. They were an easy company to deal with and posted the replacement in a timely manner I would be happy to deal with this company again. good value for money and the quality of the replacement was as I would expect it to be.
