I ordered the H640 fleece .
I've had to use what I received as it was all I had . But I was actually sent the H630 which is much thinner 😒
I should have messaged you sooner but I didn't open the parcel until some days after receiving it

Sorry to hear you got the wrong product. If you had let me know before using I could have sent a replacement, but glad it was of use. I will refund the difference in price as the H630 is cheaper

Hi, sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction with the product. This product when unrolled from the box is very thin and light and it is impossible to keep the product totally straight and neat. We wind it onto lengths and It is still completely usuable. If you would like it as shown on the roll then it is available to order the entire 100m boxed.
