What a total nightmare to deal with this seller! The delivery went missing because of the budget courier they chose it was delivered to complete the wrong address, thrown on the drive and a photo taken. When I wanted to return the item, the postage didn’t cover the size and weight so I needed to double up on return postage. Once they eventually received it, I was given a refund for a cheaper item. Total scam! Don’t buy from this seller if you are unsure of size/colour as they won’t give you back

1) You have been fully refunded for the BIGGER item you have returned - Please check your messages! 2) Return reason was 'colour too bright..' (nothing to do with the courier). 3) You opened 2 return cases for 2 beanbags (different value items) & mixed up the tracking numbers. You then sent only 1 beanbag back & a tracked piece of cardboard!!! Ebay had to sort this mess out.4) NB: sizes are shown on the listing, fabric samples are also available to check colour/texture before purchasing item.
