    The Seller advertised a brand-new product showing a complete SMART Board system in the item photo. When received the product had the following parts missing: Digital Pens & Digital Pen control system, power supply, USB to PC extra-long cable. Upon notification of the missing parts the seller denied they were missing even though she admitted never having opened the packaging The Freight was more than $250 making significant purchase price for an item that cannot be used. Avoid this Seller!

    Good Afternoon Sir , we try our best to resolve this matter , your pick up the Item in sealed box , First you Complain Power supply missing , after my reply , you said Tray and pens missing as well , how can possible missing stuff in the sealed box , under box little damage we put the tape, you can see the pictures we send you before send the item and clearly I saw tray is fix on the screen . still we offer you return the Item and we refund you but you refused .
