Had a refund sent because our postal system here in NSW Australia wont allow Magnets to be sent by post.
This is not the sellers fault I guess I should know the rules in my own country. The seller was kind enough to give me a full refund.

I ordered the blue rose print apron - as a gift, only to have an unpatterned navy blue apron that was an entirely different product sent. Seller blamed the warehouse and despite my photo proof, suggested I gift it to someone else and offered a partial refund. This was not the experience I expected. Even if it had just simply been a warehouse error, there was no genuine remorse or offer to resend the actual item I ordered. Very poor customer service.
