    The item I received was not the item I purchased. Seller sent the wrong item. I made several attempts to contact the seller in an effort to resolve the issue and have received no response whatsoever. I understand it’s a busy time of the year and that mistakes happen, but at least communicate with your customers. I would have completely understood. However, simply ignoring your customers is not how you conduct business.
