First scooter arrived damaged and a day late but a kind gentleman from HECAREUK put a replacement scooter into his car and drove over to my home address to personally exchange it for me. That's what I call a very good service indeed. Happy so far but not been out on the scooter because it needed charging. 10/10 from me for HECAREUK. 3/10 for their delivery company FEDEX.
