  Complete scammer. Item advertised was different than received. When questioned, agreed to partial refund but tried to have me cancel the return before offering the refund so I wouldn't be able to ask eBay to resolve the issue when he didn't pay the refund. At the same time, told eBay he has provided shipping label for a return but actually didn't. Steer CLEAR!
