  I can say this seller is very serious about his shop. The item had a terrible delay so I informed them about this situation. They promptly asked if I wanted a new product or a refund. I asked for a refund since I had to buy it elsewhere due to delay. They did refund me and 2 days later the package arrived... It was USPS fault, not the sellers... They also told me to keep the product as a gift for the inconvenience. NICE customer service!

  The item was slightly delayed but it was not a huge problem. Item was as advertised but I wished it would have been better packed as it arrived in a normal envelope with no padding or protection. Fortunately, the item was undamaged and did fit my phone perfectly. Good communication from the seller and highly recommended. Thank you.
