  Shipping was fast, packaging was nicely done, the bag is as described, and worth the value. The only problem with the bag was that it had a slight smell of old cigarettes.   I was sold a fake Coach bag. The tag says coach factory but it was not identified as a coach factory bag. The price tag on it does not look like the price tag at my coach factory outlet. It looks like it was printed at home. The bag is vinyl, not leather, the hardware is cheap and I’m pretty sure the stamp inside the bag is fake. The seller insists it’s real and that she doesn’t sell fakes but that is not the case in this instance. I asked for a refund but she says no. Reporting to eBay.

  I am truly sorry she feels this way. This bag is over 20 years old, so obviously the price tag doesn't look like 2025. The creed is fully embossed, no spelling errors, even has a perfect embossed bullseye on the creed tag. I believe the main concern was it wasn't declared it was from the factory; she said she wouldn't have bought it if she had known that. Vinyl is obviously not a buttery soft glove tanned leather. I would appreciate it if the buyer would upload a pic of the creed and price tag.
