  Lovely item, very well packed, arrived safely in the UK from Japan. Came quickly - 1 week sooner than ebay scheduled. Sadly it had a problem - motor wasn't working. I immediately informed the seller who quickly responded with apologies & asked me to return it for a full refund plus postage. Happily someone here told me what was wrong. Quick fix, great item!
