    won auction then seller trying to say item is faulty and cannot source a new one. Then came back and advised they have a new one and will despatch early. Nothing arrived so contacted seller who then advised that the courier had lost this item. This is an excuse by the seller to stop this sale as item was advertised at a very low price Which I think was a mistake on their behalf but they keep coming up with all excuses.

    The seller gave me the excuse that their delivery company was over loaded and delivery may be delayed. The product arrived in AMAZON packaging. I could have purchased tis product from AMAZON and saved $20. I choise to support an AUSTRALIAN business and I was mislead. The product was sent direct from AMAZON. Very deceptive trading. If this seller wants to sell this product they shoule open a trading account with the company and deal direct. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING! Very deceptive trading,

    You need to be a bit more educated in the way you deal with your customers and read their messages. You should also be more transparent as to how you explain how your packages are delivered. I explained to you that my package has to be delivered to the Post Office, and of course you didn’t listen and said “Don’t worry your package will be delivered at 8pm “tonight”…Really? It will be delivered at 8pm on a SUNDAY NIGHT to the post office will it? No, it cannot. You’re obviously not in AUSTRALIA
