  Took some time to arrive, but well worth it. The Lovander plush is exactly as described, great quality and condition, and it looks great, I love it! The shipping cost was okay at first, until DHL held my item hostage until I paid them an extra $18CAD just to deliver it. I already paid a lot of money for this item before the extra fee out of nowhere, so NGL that kinda sucked. I know it's not the seller's fault, but honestly I really hate it when couriers like DHL hold my package hostage like that
