The product was fine. The shipping and communication were terrible! Ordered 18 Jan. Shipping label created on 19 Jan. Asked seller to look into delay on 24 Jan. Same day USPS actually got package and delivered to me three days later. After the package was delivered the seller reported delays were due to snow and ice on the east coast. Problem; the seller was supposed to be in LA (southern CA) and I'm in northern CA. I believe this is actually a Hong Kong seller with a warehouse in California.
