The communication was top tier, everything happened swiftly and accurately. Everyone on fb marketplace was mixing up the OnBoard 35 vs the Onboard 35 LT, and this seller did NOT confuse the two models. What a relief. Also good price too.

  good seller but incompetent USPS sent package to Oregon where it had to be sent back here to Utah. Box was damaged with small tear in tent floor. Not sellers fault. This has happened several times with USPS.
