Very nice item. Horrible customer relations. No communication whatsoever. Contacted 3 times about where item was. Packaging was lack luster. Wrapped in paper towel and cling film. I dont expect velvet but better quality for how long i waited. This wasnt a $2 ring. Its a beautiful rough cut diamond ring.
