  AVOID THIS SELLER.....didn't send the item, I messaged and heard nothing back. Had to ask ebay to step in and the seller still didn't bother to respond. After another week I still hadn't received my item so had to ask ebay to refund me which they did straight away. Seller is happy to take the money but doesn't send the items and ignores their messages. Save yourself some time and trouble and order from someone else. Wish I had read the feedback reviews first as it looks like I'm not the only one

  Terrible customer service. I purchased this item on 25th October and with a delivery due on 4th November. the item has not arrived. I messaged the seller for an update and unfortunately they have not responded. I understand that sometimes items can be delayed which is ok but to not respond to a customer's query is not a way to conduct business. This is disappointing!! I have reported this to EBAY and wating for them to intervene. Please be careful when purchasing as there is no customer care!!
