Item arrived in an unusable state. Replacement or refund requested. Was twice offered a token compensation and suggested I sell the item on or give to friends!! All communication has been slow and unsatisfactory and although on 9th May I was told a reshipment would be made.... no news. I'm still waiting... and we are now past the date for which I needed the certificate holders.
