The parts arrived fast taking less than 5 days. The box was undamaged and each part had bubble wrap protecting them in the box. The parts worked well however unfortunately I had computer issues that required the parts to be returned. These items are as described, however the thread for the screws had not been tapped properly. I was able to resolve it using a tapping tool and the vendor compensated me for my time. The delivery took longer than the suggested time frame but the vendor communicated well when asked questions. I would purchase from this store again.
