    A+ eBay seller. Item just as described. The item is well packaged in heavy cardboard box and foam padding and arrived with very minor damage, a bent steel tab, which was easily bent back into position. Amazing for traveling from east coast to the west coast. Refurbished but looks like brand new. It's a bargain as compared to an expensive Honda mower.

I contacted the seller and explained what my issue was The seller responded to me in a positive manner and he offered me a couple of options for me to choose from for him to resolve it.     I'm quite happy with my purchase of my remanufactured Snow Joe SJ625E Electric Snowthrower, especially for the price I paid. The item arrived quickly and looks like brand new. The box was moderately damaged on arrival, and one part was missing; however, I contacted the seller and they were very responsive and apologetic. They sent a replacement part out immediately. I've only had limited use of the item so far, but it seems to get the job done very well.

    Shipping was prompt, I received a tracking number shortly after purchase. The packaging was damaged however. I've not yet opened the box to check that all parts are there but I will contact seller if there's a problem. (I was delayed in giving feedback on this item because it was delivered the same day I was admitted to hospital. A family member brought the package inside for me and mentioned the box had some damage.)

    Fast shipping. Says Refurb but looks and was still packed like brand new. Box looked rough and that is most likely why it was listed as refurb. Great seller!
