The process was really nice. Seller communicated before the purchase confirming size. Reconfirmed the size on the first day of purchase, communicated almost daily and showed me the shoe while constructing and provided quick DHL delivery. The shoes themselves are really of good quality & nice patina & finishing and MTO. They compare to prestigious brands of higher prices. I am used to good quality brands such as Mario Bemer, Caulincourt, Altan, Santoni etc. and really these ones are highly rated.

I was so pleased to receive the shoes, exactly as described within two weeks of placing the order. I chose the seller because I have a very painful bunion and was hoping that a custom made with alleviate the pain. These shoes fit so well and are far more comfortable than any off the shelf. The shoes i recieved are of exceptional quality and value for what i paid ($250 usd). They're made by hand and Skins Footwears did a custom order per my request. The made to order wait time was very short, about one month from placing the order to the shoes being delivered. Their team sent me fast updates with pictures and videos. They made the shoes according to detailed foot measurements and the fit is very good. Shipping was by air and very fast. I am very happy and will buy from them again!!

I ordered a pair to try and I am impressed. I generally wear Santoni dress shoes so I had high expectations. The quality is very nice and d these are a good value. I provided my foot measurements and the fit is very good. The seller communicated with me along the way and I was able to see photos and video of my shoes being made. Total time from order to delivery (USA) was probably 20 days, but that had a couple of holidays. I bet my next pair will be faster. I will order again.

Had a custom order, very satisfied. Once day start on the construction, they reached out to me and asked me questions regarding how I wanted the shoes, and I was getting updated consistently.
I figured out there was a mistake made on my order(having rear quarter on cap toe oxford), I contacted them right away and they started the process all again. They also offered me a discount on the previous pair.
The only thing I wish is a little more of details such as brogue/seam and waist/heel.
