    At first they issued a non moving tracking number, after we contacted the seller they told us that the item got lost by shipping and they provided us another tracking number .It took 14 days to receive the item in which no longer needed . But the surprise was we have to pay for the return shipping!!! I do recommend EBAY to ban this seller.
