On rushing to put the order down , I incorrectly put down the wrong delivery address. But one email to the company and the customer support team soon sorted out my error , and without any delay .   Well packaged and brought up stairs to my hallway. Pleased as I have a health issue, most grateful, thank you! This carrier definitely a good option. They also take a picture of it in your doorway for proof, so you are both covered. I now have a problem with another carrier who said they sent two items when I only received one! If that carrier had to take a photo it would save disputes over who where how when and how many. I hope they are are all made to take a picture of the order delivered.
