  Great product but unfortunately the seller is ignoring my messages. This is my second order, as the first blinds I received were perfect, but when the new blinds arrived, which I ordered on a repeat order, they were a different shade of grey compared to the first order. I only notice this once I had fitted them & closed them. In addition, the blinds took a long time to arrive with no communication from the seller. Very poor customer service & very disappointing.
