Terrible experience. Advertised as local shipping with Aus Post but was sent from China, taking a long time. The faulty pen arrived in two pieces, the screw thread is too short, rendering it unusable. The seller was incessantly pushing for feedback before the package arrived. I politely offered them the chance to rectify the issue with a refund/ replacement, they provided no response whatsoever. A complete waste of time and money. I highly advise against purchasing from this seller!

My item arrived broken and is of no use now. Packing was obviously not substantial to keep it safe. I have contacted the seller for a replacement or a refund. Seller seems to think I will be firstly happy with a 30% refund and keeping the useless item. I disagreed. Next offer was 50% and keeping the useless item. Seller seems to think that’s a great deal as if I don’t agree I would need to return the item to the manufacturer at my cost,then that would be more expensive than the 50% refund.
