Communication limited to one short reply - all that was required, so that's fine - and a few seemingly automated messages afterwards (re: feedback), but nothing overbearing. Packaged sufficiently (packing paper used instead of stated bubblewrap, but all good) and arrived safe and sound quickly once shipped; delay addressed in description, so no problem. As best I can tell, looks legitimate and no signs of resealing/tampering. Reputation well deserved!
