I am disappointed with this seller, I have not received the item I purchased and the tracking details looks like it was delivered to USA not New Zealand, even though my shipping address clearly shows New Zealand. How have they made this error, especially considering the cost of the item I've paid for but not received.

Item did not fit me when it finally arrived from far away Asia. With eBay's help, I was able to return the item and get a refund for everything except my shipping costs. It's doubtful I will purchase anything from Asia again. They do not understand our unique sizing, and they simply do whatever they want in terms of producing a poor copy of the actual item.
