  Seller sent wrong coloured item then proceeds to tell me the cost is the same so keep it and they'll issue $10 refund. Makes me feel they didn't have advertised item. Requested a return lable 3 times. Took a week to get it. Took 3 weeks to get refund back after having to chase up every step. Wouldn't buy from again.

  Received the wrong item. Was very poor communication. Had to escalate it to EBay as the seller did not respond after the items were returned. (I gave them many opportunities to resolve it.) I Do not recommend this seller at all. My worst experience as a purchaser.

  The photo of the baby gates that I ordered were black on ebay. However the baby gates I received were white which is not acceptable. I note on sellers site for this item is a note no returns. I can accept this if received the priduct that ordered in the photo. There was no choice in colour so I assumed I would be provided with the black baby gates as pictured on the sellers site. Sent a message yesterday, but no reply so far.
