Only concern is item was packaged in simply a plastic bag (drill but charger was loose) inside a cardboard box with instructions also lying loose within box . Slight concern that this was part of a kit and not sure how the warrantee will hold. However excellent value.

    Item was dispatched promptly. Packaging was a little lacking, considering the value of the kit. One of the supplied batteries wouldn't charge, but after multiple attempts, eventually charged. I contacted the seller, who replied very quickly and offered a replacement battery should it happen again. So, after sales service seems very good. I would buy from this seller again.

    As this was my second purchase with them, definitely I was even more amazed with the speed of transaction as well as logistic and it arrived as expected. Although I was displeased with the price since it was at 449 and when I was about to pay the price went to 479 which led me no choice but to proceed with the payment, anyhow I am happy with the product, it was brand new.     Item as Described, Highly recommended seller. Quick shipping from seller, but unfortunately let down by AUS Post. Was home for delivery, cars in the driveway, saw the delivery driver pull up to the driveway reverse and drive off without getting out of the van which was all recorded on CCTV. Then received a notice of attempted delivery. Filed a complaint with AUS Post. Then drove and waited for an hour to collect my package. THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE SELLER WHO DID EVERYTHING RIGHT.

    Item shows as brand new in original box. Item arrived in Dewalt box with no packing to stop it rattling around. Item looks like brand new & no signs of wear or previous use. Neede to send email to get answer that the item was part of multi kit separated to offer cheaper price. This needs to be communicated at sale. Poor comms. Would have been happy to order knowing it was part of Milwaukee multi kit, but packaging is terrible & I was just lucky that it arrived in good condition.
