Größenangaben weder auf Verpackung noch auf Hose zu finden. Verkäufer nicht hilfsbereit. Kunde bleibt auf Rücksendekosten hängen. Schlechter Service und schlechte Kommunikation.

Mein Verdacht: Es gibt nur eine Größe. Größenangaben auf Produkt oder Verpackung sucht man vergebens. XL ist sogar etwas kleiner als L. Verkäufer nimmt sich nichts an und Antwortet nicht auf Fragen bezüglich der Größen. Rücksendekosten trägt der Käufer. Kommunikation schlecht. Nicht zu empfehlen.

I had chosen a packstation for the pickup address. Unfortunately the packstation and my post number were NOT on the address label. Fortunately it was diverted to a Filiale for pickup so I was able to retrieve it.
My second item ordered at the same time was not so lucky and returned to sender.
The actual shoes fit well, the child they were for loves them. Would recommend them but be careful when choosing an abholststations option for delivery!
